Community event to support, educate and provide services to empower families living with the challenges of mental health disorders. Discussion and Insights Into Mental Wellness Coping with Stress, Anxiety, and DepressionTeens and Post-pandemic mental wellness concernsSocietal challenges, before and after the pandemic.Mental Wellness advocacy and quality of care in South Florida. The event will feature a mental health panel that will take place at 5 pm. The discussion will be co-moderated by Dr. Guerda Nicolas, Professor University of Miami & Clinical-Community Psychologist, and Nzingah Oniwosan-Holistic Health Consultant and Founder of the 365Zing Self-Care App. Panelists include; Majorie Lozama-MSNEd, APRN, PMHNP_BC, CDMS-Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Jonathan Spikes-Executive Director, Affirming Youth, and Yanatha Desouvre-Entrepreneurship Professor Miami Dade College.
